Roles & Objectives of Placement Cell
OBJECTIVES
- To ensure maximum possible placements for students.
- To equip the students with technical skills.
- To impart personality development training to the students to face competition.
- To put GPES Shergarh on list of reputed industries.
ROLES OF PLACEMENT CELL
- T&P cell will act as a liaison with the industries for maintaining a positive and interactive relationship with the industries .
- The activities will involve facilitating the pre-placement talks and the planning and execution of the campus recruitments program (CRP).
- To assist the 4th semester students to undergo vocational in plant training of industries .
- Personal visits to various industries to build and maintain relations with them.
Other activities include: arrangements experts lectures, workshop for the personality development, guidance for higher education etc.
